- Relevant, useful activity. People must believe that they will be positively impacted by whatever they must learn. Otherwise they believe that their time is wasted. No one likes for somebody else to waste their time.
- Lack of positive learning experiences. If an individual has no previous positive learning experiences, they will not be enthusiastic about training. They will probably see it as another chance to fail.
- Not interested. It could be that some participants are not interested in the project. If this is the case, you’ll have to rethink your choices.
